CASE STUDY

MY OKTO

MY Okto was delivered by ISA Yachts in 2014. The 66.4-metre superyacht was one of the last projects of the late Alberto Pinto. His design vision for MY Okto was to create a living space full of contrasts, varying light and dark, matte and brilliant as well as a chromatic range and metallic accents. List GC was brought on board as interior outfitter for the entire luxury areas over all four decks, covering 484 m² in total. The fitting area includes, amongst other rooms, the owner´s area and guest cabins as well as the Cinema, Dining Room, Main Salon and Corridor. The motor yacht has room for 11 guests and 17 crew members. A special feature on the main deck are five-metre-wide glass doors that slide open into the extraordinary salon. The owner wished for open spaces that flow to the exterior. The wide windows allow the natural light to fill the room. As contrast to the illuminating light Pinto chose dark woods for the main lounge and zebra wood for the upper deck lounge. The owner suite features bleached sycamore wood and high gloss polished finishes. An eye-catcher in every room: The opulent ceiling elements and sky lights that highlight the rooms on board of MY Okto.
